These terms apply to SMS programs operated through Servsimple for project requests, scheduling, job updates, and related customer support.
Program description
Businesses using Servsimple may use SMS to receive new project inquiries, collect job details, request photos, coordinate scheduling, send appointment updates, and communicate about active customer requests.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project, the number of follow-up questions needed, scheduling activity, and the status of your requested work.
Opt-in
You opt in by starting a text conversation with a business using Servsimple or by otherwise requesting project-related SMS communication from that business.
Opt-out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, non-essential text messages to that number should stop unless you begin a new conversation or request additional service-related communication.
